Two new Firefighter/Paramedics started with the Melrose Fire Department this week:
On Tuesday August, 21st FF. Michael Bell started with the MFD, Mike comes from Amesbury where he worked for 9 years. Mike brings many years of firefighting experience and patient care as a paramedic to Melrose. We want to wish him well as he continues his career here in Melrose.
On Wednesday August, 22nd FFOP Austin Ferreira started as a probationary Firefighter/Paramedic. Austin was hired off of the statewide civil service paramedic list. We want to wish Austin success as he begins his career here a newly appointed firefighter here in Melrose.
